SLIDING SCALE DIRECT PEDIATRIC CARE

Honeybee Pediatrics is committed to serving our entire community. We dedicate 15% of our care to reduced-cost services on our Essential Care memberships for families who would like the Honeybee experience but are not in the financial position to afford the regular membership rate.

Sliding Scale Specifics:

• For families with a household income of less than $40,000 per year, we offer 40% off the regular membership rate with a family maximum membership fee of $100/month.

• For families with a household income between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, we offer 20% off the regular membership rate with a family maximum membership fee of $200/month.

• For families with a household income greater than $60,000 per year, we offer our regular practice rates with a family maximum membership fee of $250/month.

• For families with children in foster care, teachers, medical students, and residents, we have separate discounts available.

We have a limited number of financial assistance opportunities available.
