Make an Appointment

If you are a current patient of Dr. Coleman, you can self-schedule using the Sigma app. If you are having difficulty doing so, or don’t see times available that work with your schedule, please text the patient only number for assistance.

Meet-and-Greet

To schedule a meet and greet with Dr. Coleman, click here, then follow the instructions below•
•Enter the responsible party’s information.
•Click SAVE.
•Double check that the information you listed is correct, then click CONTINUE.
•Click PAY AND CONFIRM (there is no cost for a meet and greet appointment).
•Check your email for your unique invitation code to register on the SigmaMD mobile app.
•After registering on the app, you can schedule your first appointment using the app.

Ear Piercing

To enroll as a non-member and make ear piercing appointment, click here then follow the directions below.

•Enter the responsible party’s information, then click the toggle button that says, “I am enrolling others, but not myself.”
•Click SAVE, then on the next page, click ADD.
•If you are registering multiple children, once you save the information for the first child, you can save and click ADD again.
•Double check that the information you listed is correct and then click CONTINUE.
•Enter payment info, click PAY AND CONFIRM.
•Invoice, if applicable, will be issued on the day of your visit.
•Check your email for your unique invitation code to register on the SigmaMD mobile app.
•After registering on the app, you can schedule your first appointment on the app.

Vaccine Appointment

Vaccines available:

• Flu: 6 months-64 years

• Routine childhood vaccines also available. If your insurance is not in-network with Vaxcare, we will contact you after registration to provide cash prices.
