Monthly Pricing:

1-12 months: $195 per month
1-2 years: $150 per month
3 years+: $135 per month
Family maximum: $500 per month

Registration Fees:

Newborns: $200
All others: $150 for one child, $200 per family

Yes! Many families begin with Essential Care and upgrade to Concierge Care if they want expanded access, unlimited visits, or after-hours availability. Upgrades are simple and can be made at any time.

Is the quality of care different between memberships?

No. All families receive thoughtful, evidence-based pediatric care. The difference is access and availability, not the quality of the decision making.

Why are there family maximums?

Family caps allow us to support larger families by keeping costs manageable.

*Families who pay annually will receive a 5% discount.

*Discounts are available for families with children in foster care, teachers, medical students, and residents.

*A limited number of financial assistance spots are available to families with an annual household income of less than $60,000. Please contact us for more information.
