Structured, affordable care for routine pediatric needs.

Ideal for families who want dependable access for routine care and common childhood illnesses during regular office hours.

What’s Included:

•Annual well child visit
•Two sick visits during regular office hours per year
•Additional visits available: $100 for sick visit, $150 for chronic concern/follow-up
•Same-day or next-business-day appointments
•Direct messaging access during business hours
•Care coordination and referrals, as needed
•Messaging responses during business hours
•Evening, weekend, or after-hours availability for an additional fee***

Monthly Pricing:

1-12 months: $130 per month**
12-23 months: $105 per month
2-4 years: $85 per month
5 years+: $75 per month
Family maximum: $250 per month

*If a delayed vaccine schedule is desired, your newborn will need to be on the Concierge Care membership plan due to the higher number of visits required.

**If at-home visits are desired for newborns, there is an additional fee.

***After-hours and weekends triage of urgent concerns is available for $50 per phone/text correspondence, $200 for in-person visit.

*Families who pay annually will receive a 5% discount.

*Discounts are available for families with children in foster care, teachers, medical students, and residents.

*A limited number of financial assistance spots are available to families with an annual household income of less than $60,000. Please contact us for more information.

*A limited number of openings are available for one-time visits for various needs. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

*Essential membership patients who transition to a Concierge Care membership will not pay a registration fee and will receive a 10% discount for the first six months of membership.

*House calls outside a 20 minute drive from the office will be charged an additional fee based on distance.
